Placement: Center-left

Swedish Social Democrats led by Magdalena Andersson: first in the September 2026 election (28%), but the center-left is split between the Centre and the Left: on October 15 the Riksdag rejected Andersson as prime minister. Universal welfare and public schools, a tougher line on immigration and crime than in the past, support for NATO and Ukraine.
